Virtualbox 2.0 has been released yesterday and it now supports 64 bit guests (usefull if you just downloaded a 64 bit DVD iso like I did :-)).

To enable 64 bit guest support (on 64 bit hosts with hardware virtualization support only), edit your VM settings: General > advanced and check "Enable VT-x/AMD-V".
